Hi, my name is Holly Hilliard. I am a Union Representative and have been staff at SEIU Healthcare since November 2020
Before joining the staff at SEIU Healthcare, I worked as a frontline nurse at Headwaters Healthcare Centre, where I was employed from 2009 to 2020.
I started my healthcare career as a dietary aid in long-term care. I re-educated as a PSW before returning to school at Conestoga College in the Practical Nursing Program.
I have been an SEIU Member for 14 years and was elected to the Hospital Sector seat in 2019. I am passionate about healthcare and believe that creating a positive, safe work environment is at the heart of creating a safe and healing environment for patients.
My love of nursing, healthcare and passion for labour relations has culminated in a career where I can effectively work for and advocate for SEIU Healthcare members.
